Pumps and Three Way Valves

Corridor Fans | Cooling Towers | Pumps & Valve Controls

One common method of temperature control is to use a pump to circulate water through a system and to use a valve (three-way) to control the temperature. This leads to energy waste because the pump is operating all the time. By installing a VFD, the three way valve is left open to the system (or removed entirely) and the temperature is controlled by controlling the pump speed.
